About Us
The Park Row Alliance is a consortium of residents, small businesses, and not-for-profits advocating on behalf of the community’s interest in reimagining and revitalizing Park Row— the southern anchor and gateway into Chinatown.
Our work brings together local residents and small businesses, government agencies, elected officials, technical experts, and community partners to get things done.
Our Work
Since 2020, the Park Row Alliance has worked reclaim public space and transform Park Row into a welcome, inviting gateway reconnecting Chinatown with the Brooklyn Bridge, FiDi, the Seaport, and Lower Manhattan.

Chatham Green is a 420-unit cooperative apartment complex, with over 800 residents and over a dozen businesses, located at 165, 185, and 215 Park Row. Chatham Towers is a 240-unit cooperative apartment complex, with over 500 residents and multiple small businesses, located at 170 and 180 Park Row.
